How to manually uninstall CyberPatrol v7.7

Below are the steps for manual removal of CyberPatrol v7.7. NOTE: These steps require a download of a file to your computer. If your computer does not have Internet access, the file will need to be downloaded to another computer with an active Internet connection and saved to a USB flash drive (or a CD) to be ran on the computer in question.
Click on the link below to download the removal tool. When prompted, save this file to your Desktop. Once the file is downloaded, you are ready to proceed with the removal process.

1. Click on Start > Computer (Windows XP users click on "My Computer") and navigate to C:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information. Look for folder {0DE6646A-AFD0-44AC-A493-5A8A7ABB858F} and delete it, if present.

NOTE: It is a hidden folder. To display hidden folders click on Tools > Folder Options > View tab and check 'Show hidden files and folders' and click OK. (Windows 7 and Vista users may need to press the ALT key to see the Tools menu).
2. Double-click the CPSupTool.exe, type 7 for “Clean All” and press 'Enter'. You will be given a Support Code and will need to submit it to our Support team in order to obtain a Response Code to complete this operation.

Along with your Support Code, please provide the following information for verification:

a) Name and email address of the account holder
b) Contact phone number (Specify a suitable time to call between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM US ET)
c) License ID

Click the link to submit the code to Support via online form. You can also email the code.
IMPORTANT: Emails will only be responded to within normal business hours (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM US ET) Monday - Friday. Please be sure to leave the Support Code window open until you receive the response as the code changes each time you run the tool. Closing the code window will cancel the support code and a new one will need to be generated.
3. Enter the Support Response Code you have received to continue the removal process. If you get 'Error -1' or 'Error -2' upon completion, please ignore them and proceed with the next steps.
4. Restart the computer and search for cplsp.dll file - Delete it, if found.
5. Click on Start > Computer and navigate to C:\Program Files\CyberPatrol - Delete this folder, if present.
6. Delete the CPSuptool77.exe file.


CyberPatrol has been removed.
