Images are blocked when using a WebYes list

With a WebYes list enabled, if certain images are not being properly displayed on some websites, it usually indicates that the URL for these images is not included on your Allowed Sites or Allowed Keywords list. To verify this you can right-click on the image and select 'Properties' to see the Address for this image.  You will need to add the domain address as an Allowed Site or take a portion of that URL and add it as an Allowed Keyword.

NOTE: in some cases, it may be necessary to add text from the URL as an Allowed Keyword rather than an Allowed Site because the web address changes as you navigate through the website. The best way to find out what keywords to add is to watch the Web Address of your Internet browser when you visit that website.  You can also switch CyberPatrol Blocking Style to 'Diagnostic' (Open HQ > Manage User Profiles, choose 'Diagnostic' from the dropdown menu at the bottom). This will show you the URL causing the block. You can then add a keyword(s) from the URL, Save and test it.

For example, if you go to disney.com, you will notice the web address changing to disney.go.com, so you need to add disney.go as an Allowed Keyword. As you navigate through the site it changes again to play.toontown.com and you need to add play.toontown as and Allowed Keyword as well.
