CREATING PROFILES USING THE DUPLICATE USER FUNCTION

You can create a new user profile with the exact settings of another user profile by using the Duplicate User feature.

To duplicate a user profile::

1. From the Options Menu, click Manage User Profiles.
2. From the Manage User Profiles screen, select the user profile you want to copy the settings from and click Duplicate User.
3. In the User Profile Details dialog, enter a name and password for the new user profile and click OK. If you want this user profile linked to a Windows user profile then make sure:
   
   • The user profile name exactly matches the Windows user profile name.
   • The check box in the Windows User Name Integration section is selected.
   
   
4. A new user icon and name appears in the top pane of the Manage User Profiles screen.
   
   
   
   
5. Choose an image from the Blocking Style list box and click Preview to see what this page will look like when it appears in front of the user.
6. Click Save.
