CyberPatrol's Auto-Renewal Service Benefit from uninterrupted filtering protection by taking advantage of CyberPatrol's auto-renewal service. It lets you get it, then forget it - so there'll be one less thing to worry about, and you’ll have peace of mind that you’re continually protected online. (This service is not available for multiple license packs.)

 

The CyberPatrol auto-renewal service is managed within your CyberPatrol 'My Account'. It's a fast, easy, convenient, and secure environment that's available 24/7, where you can self-manage your CyberPatrol subscription(s) online.

 

If you purchased directly from www.cyberpatrol.com:

You are automatically enrolled in our auto-renewal service; you will be notified by email several times a month before your subscription is due. You license will be automatically renewed up to 2 days before the end of your current subscription term.

 

If you would like to renew multiple license packs:

  1. Go to https://www.cyberpatrol.com/cponline/licensepackorder.aspx
  2. Complete the order form and select your payment method. 
  3. Within the online order form, select “Yes” for "Are you an existing Customer?", and under "Promo Code", enter "Renewal". 
  4. If selecting to pay by purchase order: in addition to submitting your order online, you must fax a hard copy of your organization’s PO, and if applicable your Tax Exemption Certification, to: Attn: CyberPatrol Sales at Fax # 1.646.789.4433

 

If you purchased through a Reseller or Partner:

For the auto-renewal service to be active, you need to create a CyberPatrol 'My Account'. To do this:

  1. Connect to the Internet
  2. Open the CyberPatrol HQ Toolbar and click the About button.
  3. Click View Subscription Details.
  4. Click the My Account button. You will be asked to enter your HQ password.
  5. Click Register Now and follow the on-screen instructions to create your Account.
  6. Then, to ensure that CyberPatrol automatically renews, click the Edit Payment Details button and add and save your credit card information.

 

If CyberPatrol has expired:

If you let your CyberPatrol license expire, your protection ends - putting you at risk online. You will need to purchase a new subscription.

 

If you want to cancel auto-renewal:

You may cancel the auto-renewal service at anytime by editing your Payment Details in your CyberPatrol 'My Account' and removing your credit card information.
